   How do I become a Gold Member?

 

  • In order to be a gold member log in with your user name and pass word. Once you login you will see a link called become a Gold member click that it will take you to the payment page. We use WorldPay.com, (A Part of The Royal Bank Of Scotland Group) for processing all payments. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to them. Furthermore, credit card information is not stored on our servers. We accept visa, Visa Purchasing, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, switch, solo, and JCB.

    After making payments log out from our system and log in again then go to your inbox. Now you will see the contact details of your matching profiles.

  What are the Tips to make a profile?

 

  • Before you create your profile think about what you would accept in a Landlord/Tenant You will be matched on 10 important variables, namely: State, City, Rent, Sex, Age, Smoking,occupation Children, Pets, and Personality Compatibility.   How do I Change my advert details?

 

  • If you have not rented your room for a while then you can adjust the price or other details to make it more appealing to prospective tenants. Simply "Login", go down to "My Profile", enter your new information and click "update".
  Advertisement active period

 

  • Your listing will remain active for 8 weeks. Once you have a lodger make sure to login and Delete your profile from public viewing.
  I have a match How can I delete my registration?

 

  • You can delete your profile any time just log on to our web site with your User ID & Password. On your member page below click on "Delete Profile" which will remove your profile.
  Do you keep my personal information private?

 

  • Yes.We don't display your house number, phone number, or e-mail address to general viewing. Only paid customers can see your contact number not your e-mail or any other details. This will prevent other people from accessing your information. For more information read our privacy policy.
  Do you Give refund?

 

  • Because of the nature of our service, refunds of membership fees/time purchased will not normally be made. However, refunds will be given in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the management and you should contact us ahmad@Roomcorner.co.uk within 24 hours of your payment transaction.
